The individuals repeatedly approached the victim to steal his belongings and demanded periodic payments of money, even threatening him with a knife to his neck. The victim filed three complaints, expressing great fear of the perpetrators.
The investigation, initiated in June following the victim's complaint, has led to the identification of the alleged perpetrators. Two of them, men aged 46 and 32 with prior police records, were located and identified at the settlement where they reside in the Northern district of Granada.

Brought before the judicial authority, the Court of Guard ordered the imprisonment of one of the detainees, specifically the one who threatened the victim with a knife to steal the money he was carrying.
