The initiative, named the Gamified Digital Tourist Viewpoint of the Estepa Region, aims to gather and disseminate the main attractions of towns such as Aguadulce, Badolatosa, Casariche, Estepa, Gilena, Herrera, Lora de Estepa, Marinaleda, Pedrera, La Roda de Andalucía, and El Rubio.
This project, with an estimated investment of €300,000 and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), includes the creation of a regional viewpoint and eleven interconnected municipal viewpoints. The goal is to enhance the heritage and points of interest in each locality.
In the initial stages, Casariche hosted a working meeting. Attendees included the Vice President of INPRO, Antonio Jesús Muñoz Quirós, the team from the Digital Transformation Office, the Mayor of Casariche, José Ramón Parrado Borrego, and the Conservator Director of the local Museum Collection, Antonio García López. They discussed the selection of tourism resources to be included on the platform.
Following the meeting, participants visited the Casariche Museum Collection and Cerro Bellido, two heritage sites relevant to the project's planned activities.
This initiative represents an opportunity to strengthen Casariche's digital presence and promote joint promotion of the region.
