The Granada City Council has announced that a prominent journalist and communicator, with extensive experience at the intersection of strategic communication, social impact, and artistic expression, will serve as the town crier for the Day of the Cross in 2026. This appointment is part of the preparations for one of the city's most authentic and participatory celebrations.
The town crier also holds the position of Communications Manager for Cruz Roja Granada, an institution with which he has demonstrated a strong and continuous commitment to community service and the social fabric of Granada. His work in this area highlights his connection to the social and cultural values of the region.
In addition to his professional career, the town crier is a member of the popular musical group 'Con dos Cajones'. This ensemble has successfully transformed music and folklore into a vehicle for unity and joy for Granada residents of all ages, adding a distinctive touch to the city's cultural life.
