After finalizing the squad, the Granada-based club has begun rebuilding its support team, which will be led by Arturo Ruiz as head coach. The decision to let go of Allen, who joined last season, was predictable. The departures of Pecile and Hermoso come as somewhat unexpected news.
Andrea Pecile, originally from Italy, had spent five seasons with the club, working in the technical development of youth categories and serving on the first team's staff, as well as with Stellantis & You Granada of the U22 last campaign.
Meanwhile, Gonzalo Hermoso, who joined the red-and-black club in January 2026, will also not continue next season. This decision is less expected, as the coach himself confirmed to GranadaDigital weeks ago that the club's intention was for him to remain on Arturo Ruiz's coaching staff.
With these departures, Arturo Ruiz's secured staff includes Jesús Ramírez, who will take over as the physical trainer, replacing Sergio Sánchez 'Pinzas'. The continuity of assistant coaches such as Juanra Ruiz and Alberto Puertas is expected. Samu Gómez, who was the head coach of Stellantis & You Granada last year, could also join, thus completing a practically renewed technical staff for the team's return to the Primera FEB.
