During the first day of the novena, held on May 8, the Eucharist will be presided over by an official from the Holy See and a consultant for the Dicastery for Eastern Churches, and will feature the musical accompaniment of the Children's Choir of the Hermandad Matriz de Almonte.
The calendar of cults will continue on May 9 with the participation of a parochial vicar from the church of San Joaquín de El Puerto de Santa María and chaplain of the Convent of the Concepcionist Mothers, with musical accompaniment from the Choir of the Hermandad de Nuestra Señora del Rocío de Málaga. On Sunday, May 10, an auxiliary bishop of Seville and apostolic administrator of Cádiz and Ceuta will preside over the homily, joined by the Choir of the Hermandad de Nuestra Señora del Rocío de Rincón de la Victoria.
The novena will proceed with the participation of various parochial vicars and superiors of religious communities, accompanied by choirs from filial brotherhoods from towns such as Tocina, Umbrete, and Bormujos. On May 13, an episcopal vicar of El Condado, canon of the Cathedral of Huelva, and parish priest of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción de Almonte, will preside over the ceremony.
The final days of the novena will include the presence of a vicar general of Ceuta on May 14, and a parish priest from the Mayor de San Pedro Apóstol de Huelva on May 15. The novena will conclude on Saturday, May 16, with the participation of a canon from the Holy Cathedral Church of Huelva and the imposition of medals on new members.
On Sunday, May 17, the Main Institute Function will be celebrated, presided over by the bishop of Huelva, followed by the Processional Holy Rosary. The pilgrimage events will officially begin on Wednesday, May 20, with the pilgrims' mass of the Matriz and the processional departure towards the Sanctuary.
The reception of the filial brotherhoods will begin on Friday, May 22, continuing on Saturday, May 23, with the presentation of brotherhoods in order of seniority. The Solemn Pentecost Mass will take place on May 24 in the Paseo Marismeño, presided over by the bishop of Huelva, and in the evening, the Holy Rosary will be held from Doñana square. The early morning of May 25 will be marked by the procession of the Virgen del Rocío through the streets of the village.
