The event, which took place at the Ayamonte Exhibition and Congress Center this past weekend, brought together chefs from various parts of the province to highlight Huelva's culinary richness, the quality of its products, and the sector's commitment to sustainability. The fair allowed attendees to enjoy live culinary demonstrations and discover the diversity of local products through innovative and traditional proposals.
The winning dish, «Autumn Iberian Bite – Sierra and Condado», underscores the potential of local gastronomy and the value of cuisine committed to the territory and its resources. Sustainable gastronomy was a central theme of the meeting, emphasizing the importance of zero-kilometer products, respect for the environment, and the reinterpretation of tradition.
The initiative, driven by Javier Saavedra, aims to showcase the talent of Huelva's culinary professionals and position Ayamonte as a gastronomic hub linked to quality, tradition, and environmental commitment.
