The congress, running until this Sunday, features an extensive program of activities including lectures, workshops, and live demonstrations. It also includes an exhibition and commercial area with numerous exhibitors of artisanal soap making, natural cosmetics, crafts, and local gastronomy.
The event, organized by the Spanish Soap Center in collaboration with the City Council, brings together professionals, artisans, companies, and enthusiasts not only from Spain but also from countries such as the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Austria, and Portugal.
“"This congress will delve into an interesting resource of the city's historical and artisanal heritage."
The Culture Delegate, Narciso Vital, visited the congress and congratulated the organizers on the initiative, thanking them for their work in highlighting Sanlúcar's history and its soap-making tradition. He encouraged visits to the event, held at the Municipal Exhibition and Congress Center.
