This action, which combines a European subsidy of 190,800 euros with municipal resources, guarantees full-time, six-month contracts. The new employees will join the workforce to enhance their professional careers and contribute to various public services.

The diversity of professional profiles is a prominent feature of this edition of the program. New hires include a computer engineer, a social worker, an environmental technician, and an audiovisual technician, in addition to administrative staff and maintenance personnel such as painters, gardeners, plumbers, welders, and public works laborers.
This variety of roles will enable the City Council to act in crucial areas such as the digital transformation of the administration, the management of social services, and the comprehensive conservation of the city's green areas and urban spaces. Participants had to be registered as unemployed job seekers with the Andalusian Employment Service and be beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System.
The selection process was managed by the SAE under the principles of equality, merit, and capacity. A municipal spokesperson encouraged the young people to seize this opportunity as a springboard into the labor market, emphasizing that their work not only enriches their personal résumés but also directly impacts the quality of services offered to citizens.
