This initiative, organized in coordination with physical education teachers, primarily aims to introduce young people to this sport in an environment specially designed for sand sports. A municipal spokesperson highlighted the high involvement of both public and private schools that have joined this call.
“"The activity will allow children to get closer to the practice of this modality, in an environment specially prepared for sand sports."
To facilitate the attendance of participants, a transport service will be provided to take students from their respective educational centers to the sports venue. This measure seeks to ensure the comfort and accessibility of all students involved in the event.
These school days will serve as a prelude to important national competitions. The Parque del Mediterráneo will also host the King's and Queen's Beach Volleyball Cup, which will take place from May 29 to 31, as well as the Spanish Beach Tennis Championship, which is being held this same week at the same location.
