The Cleaning Department will mobilize 23 operators, along with machinery and vehicles, to ensure hygiene before, during, and after the Romería del Rosario. The operation will cover both the procession route and the El Esparragal park, the central point of the celebration.
Councilwoman Carmen Díaz explained that the operation is designed to keep the streets as clean as possible, paying special attention to the presence of animals in the procession. Operators will quickly remove excrement and waste generated along the route.
In El Esparragal, municipal staff will be present throughout the day, responsible for waste removal, cleaning restrooms, replenishing water, and maintaining water troughs for oxen and horses, as well as attending to any other emerging needs.
The operation will include sweeping and washing, as well as the use of high-pressure washers, sweepers, and tank trucks. After the event, waste collection services will continue working through the night to ensure the route and celebration areas are in the best condition, leaving El Esparragal park fully prepared the following day.

Carmen Díaz has called for public cooperation, emphasizing that maintaining cleanliness also depends on citizen involvement. She urged attendees to respect coexistence rules and deposit waste in designated areas, reminding them that El Esparragal is located outside the municipal boundaries and that everyone's collaboration will allow for a fantastic day and ensure the space is in perfect condition the next morning.
