Following a highly successful April, the music program maintains its momentum with a diverse agenda spanning from commercial pop to rock, flamenco, and electronic music. Events will be held in iconic venues such as Sala Trinchera and Sala París 15, as well as larger venues like Marenostrum Fuengirola, which reaffirms its role as a key driver of musical entertainment on the Costa del Sol.
The variety of styles and formats makes May an ideal opportunity for both residents and tourists looking to enhance their Malaga experience with live music. High demand has already led to some events, such as those by Fito & Fitipaldis and Haze, quickly selling out.
Despite some sold-out events, there are still numerous opportunities to enjoy prominent artists. Among the names performing in Malaga this month are Gemeliers, Camela, Paco Candela, Medina Azahara, and Raule, in addition to festivals like the Fulanita Fest.
The concert schedule includes performances by Julia Martín and the American Rock Punk Tribute Festival at Sala Trinchera early in the month. Other artists such as Abel Pintos, Ynestrosa & Cybernene, and Rebrote will perform at Sala París 15. Marenostrum Fuengirola will host Camela and Paco Candela, among others.
The second half of May will also be packed with music, featuring Mr. Proper and El Último Pájaro at Sala Trinchera, and Uprising (a tribute to Muse) and John Pollón at Sala París 15. The month will conclude with performances by Ana Carla Maza, Medina Azahara, Red Zeppelin (a tribute to Led Zeppelin), Raule, Grecas, La Flamenca, Rata Blanca, Mescalina, Iberia Sumergida, the Fitifest Rock 2026, Abstract: Electricity, the Fulanita Fest 26, and La Chirigota del Bizcocho.
