The PDI offer is broken down into 125 open-call positions, 22 for the stabilization of doctoral researchers with R3 certification, and 123 through internal promotion. Within the open call, positions include university professor and titular university professor, as well as permanent labor professor, with some roles reserved for individuals with disabilities.
The 22 positions for stabilizing doctoral researchers with R3 certification aim to facilitate the stable integration of excellent research talent. If these positions are not filled, they may be offered to other researchers from excellence programs.
For PDI internal promotion, 123 positions for university professors are planned, with reservations for individuals with various disabilities.
The Ptgas offer comprises 50 positions, divided into 33 open-call and 17 internal promotion. The open call includes positions for civil servants (administrative, archives, libraries, museums, operators) and labor staff, with some reserved for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Additionally, the Governing Council reviewed the annual training report for the University of Córdoba's Technical, Management, and Administrative Services Staff, approved sabbatical year requests, and the restructuring of the Department of Social Sciences, Philosophy, Geography, and Translation and Interpretation to include Social Work.
The VIII Annual Plan for National and International Mobility for the 2026/2027 academic year was also approved, funded by the Erasmus+ Program and UCO's own resources, allocating 296,500 euros to UCO-Global international mobility programs. This plan will offer 1,000 mobility places for students and staff.
Agreements were also reached on academic matters, research, culture, and student aid. The rector and the management team provided updates on meetings, calls, and pending cases.
In economic matters, besides the budget settlement, the distribution of the budget to centers and departments for 2026 was approved, the University of Córdoba's Strategic Subsidy Plan was modified, and the dissolution of EBC “Organink Soluciones Integrales S.L. was approved.
