Improvement works at the church have forced the Descendimiento and Vera-Cruz brotherhoods to find alternative locations so that the faithful can continue to venerate their statues throughout the summer.
The Descendimiento brotherhood has moved its statues to the Santa Isabel de Hungría parish, located in Plaza de Andalucía. Devotees can visit the statues on Wednesdays from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Meanwhile, the Vera-Cruz archicofradía has decided to move its statues to its brotherhood house privately. This space will be open starting July 11, with prayer times scheduled for Saturdays from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
While renovations continue at the San José y Espíritu Santo parish, regular worship and religious services have been moved to the Santo Cristo de las Ánimas hermitage, where summer schedules will remain in effect until the work is completed.
