The incident occurred at 6:45 AM, when several callers alerted the Emergencies 112 service that a truck had caught fire on the N-432 road, at kilometer 259 heading towards Badajoz.
Upon receiving the alert, Emergencies 112 immediately dispatched firefighters, the Civil Guard, the Local Police, the National Police, and notified the Infoca Plan.
Fortunately, the firefighters from Córdoba managed to control the situation quickly, and the intervention of the Infoca Plan was not necessary.
