The Córdoba City Council has confirmed its intention to participate in the judicial proceedings initiated by a local resident. The lawsuit stems from an incident where the affected individual's car collided with a bollard on the roadway.
The events leading to this legal action occurred when the driver was attempting to re-enter a road from which they had been previously diverted due to construction work. The plaintiff asserts that the bollard in question was not properly marked, resulting in damage to their automobile.
The resident is seeking patrimonial responsibility from the City Council for the damages incurred by their vehicle. This initial request was rejected by the municipal administration through administrative silence.
Following a notification from the Contentious-Administrative Court No. 4 of Córdoba, the Municipal Legal Advisory informed the Local Government Board this Monday of its decision to join the legal case.
