Foreign sales by Córdoba-based companies continue their upward trend, exceeding the figure of 1,954 million euros for the first time in the January-June period. This data represents a 7.7% increase compared to the same period in 2025 and establishes a new historical record for the province, according to data provided by the central government.
This figure surpasses the first half of 2025, which closed with 1,813.5 million euros, demonstrating the merit of the current growth when compared to already excellent results. If this trend continues, Córdoba would mark its third consecutive year of increased foreign sales, following the 3,459 million registered in 2025.
On the other hand, imports saw an 8.8% decrease in the same period, amounting to 1,191.7 million euros. This has resulted in a substantial positive balance for Córdoba's trade balance, which in the first half of 2026 stood at 762.3 million euros, 50% higher than the 506.5 million balance recorded in the same period of the previous year.
