The Andalusian Center for Contemporary Creation (C3A) in Córdoba marks ten years as an international benchmark in contemporary art, celebrating with the exhibition 'Ciudad de quién'.

On the banks of the Guadalquivir river, the Andalusian Center for Contemporary Creation (C3A) celebrates its tenth anniversary. This space, designed by the studio Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos, has established itself as a hub for artistic production, research, and experimentation in Southern Europe, projecting the city of Córdoba onto the international emerging art scene.
Since its opening, the C3A has hosted over 70 exhibitions, featured more than 200 artists, and produced over 120 works. Its model is distinguished by creation and experimentation, offering more than 1,000 square meters of workshops and laboratories equipped with advanced technology, including 3D printers and scanners.
The center includes a documentation center and the 'Caja Negra', an experimental theater. Its artist residency program has hosted over 80 multidisciplinary creators, and its exhibitions have attracted nearly 300,000 visitors.
The commemorative exhibition, 'Ciudad de quién' (Whose City), reflects on the contemporary city and its imaginaries. It brings together nearly a hundred works from the collection of the Andalusian Center for Contemporary Art (CAAC) and from Cordoban institutions and collections, including pieces by artists such as Julio Romero de Torres, Pepe Espaliú, Francis Bacon, and Martha Rosler.
The exhibition features collaborations with institutions like the Archaeological Museum of Córdoba, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Filmoteca de Andalucía, the Municipal Archive, the Pepe Espaliú Collection of Vimcorsa, and the Bullfighting Museum, among others. It will be on display until January 2027.
