For ten days, five institutional patios in the Caliphate city will be transformed into extraordinary floral spaces, offering an ephemeral art proposal that merges Cordoban tradition with contemporary creativity. Five internationally renowned artists will be responsible for reinterpreting Córdoba's rich heritage through their creations.
The winners will receive a significant cash prize for taking home the 'Oscar' of flowers. An internationally renowned jury will be in charge of deliberating and evaluating the floral compositions.
In previous editions, the festival has beautified emblematic locations such as the Patio de los Naranjos of the Mezquita-Catedral, the Palacio de Viana, and the Archaeological Museum, solidifying Córdoba's position as a benchmark in international floral art.
The initiative for this festival arose from the collaboration between the president of the Zizai Hotels chain and the Córdoba City Council. The main objective was to foster cultural exchange, uniting traditional Cordoban patios with contemporary art. In its first edition, the event already attracted 350,000 visitors, demonstrating its great reception.
