Tourists visiting Andalusia in the second quarter of 2026 rated their stay with an average of 9.2, with Córdoba standing out at 9.4, closely followed by Cádiz and Sevilla.

Córdoba received the highest score from tourists visiting Andalusia during the second quarter of 2026, achieving a 9.4 out of ten. This rating places the province of Córdoba above the Andalusian average, which stood at 9.2. The provinces of Cádiz and Sevilla also received high ratings, matching Córdoba's score.
The total number of tourists who chose Andalusia as their destination during this period exceeded 10.8 million, representing a 6.7% increase compared to the same quarter of the previous year. This data comes from the Tourism Situation Survey (ECTA) conducted by the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia (IECA).
The visitor profile is distributed as follows: 28.3% were Andalusians, 33.5% were from the rest of Spain, 27.1% were from the European Union (excluding Spain), and 11.1% were from other parts of the world. The main motivation for visiting the region was holiday tourism, accounting for 82.8% of travelers, followed by visiting family and friends (10.8%).
Regarding accommodation, 57.2% of travelers opted for hotel establishments, while 36.4% preferred apartments, flats, or houses. The average stay was 5.1 days, slightly lower than the previous year. By province, Málaga attracted the largest share of tourists (28.4%), followed by Cádiz (17.5%), Sevilla (16.7%), and Granada (11.9%).
The average daily spending per tourist in Andalusia is estimated at 87.87 euros, a 1.9% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This spending varies significantly by origin, ranging from 75.07 euros for Andalusians to 114.03 euros for tourists from outside Spain.
