The initiative, promoted by the Infrastructure Delegation, includes the equitable distribution of this furniture in the Jardines Presidente Adolfo Suárez, the Jardines Músico Pedro Gámez Laserna, and the Elena Moyano Madre Coraje park.
The furniture, donated free of charge by a financial institution, features an anti-corrosion galvanized steel structure. Each unit has an estimated value of 423.50 euros, totaling 2,541 euros for the six pieces.
This project aims to promote the circular economy and urban sustainability. The design, known as the Colmena line, allows for the integration of post-consumer waste into city equipment, giving a second useful life to plastic materials that would otherwise be discarded.
