The 'blanquiverde' team has seen a slight decrease in the number of fans attending their home matches at El Arcángel during the recently concluded season. Despite having a solid base of 17,370 season ticket holders, the club failed to eradicate absenteeism among a portion of its fanbase.
With an average of 15,192 attendees across 21 home games, Córdoba CF ranks as the seventh stadium with the highest attendance in Liga Hypermotion. While these figures are noteworthy and reflect the loyalty of its supporters, they are lower than those recorded in the 2024-2025 season, when the team established itself in the Second Division, with an average of 15,804 spectators, meaning 612 more fans per match.
The match that drew the largest crowd was the Andalusian derby against Málaga, with 18,978 attendees, a figure also boosted by the presence of visiting fans. In contrast, the least attended game was the inconsequential duel against Huesca at the end of the season, with only 7,826 spectators, marking the only occasion attendance fell below 12,000 fans.
The club had set a priority objective to reduce the gap between the number of season ticket holders and actual match attendance. Despite efforts to encourage seat sharing, the average attendance (15,192) remained well below the club's total season ticket holders (17,370). Only in two matches, against Ceuta and Málaga, did attendance exceed the number of season ticket holders.
For the upcoming 2026-27 season, Córdoba CF will need to rethink its ticket sales policy, implement new measures to encourage attendance, and maintain the team's competitiveness to revitalize the crowds at El Arcángel.
