The Assembly Hall of the Palacio de la Merced, headquarters of the Provincial Council of Córdoba, hosted the official ceremony for 24 career civil servants (16 Administrative Assistants and 8 General Administration Management Technicians) and the signing of permanent employment contracts for 10 Auxiliary Technicians for Activities and Services.
The president of the provincial institution, Salvador Fuentes, congratulated the public employees who secured their positions through internal promotion processes. Fuentes underscored the significance of the Provincial Council's human capital, describing them as "honest people" who view their work "as a public service, as a vocation."

Salvador Fuentes emphasized that internal promotion is a key factor for an effective personnel policy, as it allows the institution to leverage the skills of trained staff who know the organization. He noted that the Corporation is "making a determined commitment to internal promotion," which will continue with the approval of the maximum number of positions permitted by current regulations for the annual Public Employment Offer.
