Subsequently, researchers and representatives from EMACSA participated in a joint working session to analyze possible cooperation paths and opportunities for developing research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) projects. This session allowed for the sharing of the municipal company's needs and the capabilities of the various research groups.
The event concluded with a visit to the scientific and technical facilities of IQUEMA, where participants learned about the equipment, resources, and infrastructure available for developing research and knowledge transfer projects.
This meeting marks the first transfer day organized by the EMACSA Chair of the University of Córdoba, in coordination with institutes and research groups from the academic institution. The initiative is part of the Chair's R&D&I activities and aims to foster collaboration between the university sphere and EMACSA to address current and future water management challenges.
