The Provincial Council of Almería and the Santa Fe de Mondújar City Council are investing 225,000 euros to condition a municipal plot and improve its accessibility. The works, carried out through the Provincial Plans, include the creation of a new vehicular and pedestrian access from Camino de La Torre.
The Deputy of Public Works, Antonio Jesús Rodríguez, accompanied by the mayoress Trinidad Góngora, has supervised the ongoing works. These involve conditioning a plot located in the southwest area of the urban center. The project, with a five-month execution period, includes the construction of a five-meter-wide access road and a 2.70-meter-wide ramped pedestrian path.
The future adventure park aims to enhance the municipality's tourist appeal by offering recreational activities linked to leisure and nature. Rodríguez highlighted that these actions transform municipal needs into real improvements, creating safer access and preparing municipal spaces for future projects.
The intervention will also address the improvement of safety in the area. Deteriorated perimeter walls will be demolished and replaced with new reinforced concrete structures, enhancing visibility on a curve of Camino de La Torre.
The works also incorporate protective elements such as railings, earthworks, paving, and waste management, ensuring a safer and more functional environment for future visitors.
