The educational community, students, and institutional representatives shared the ceremony for laying the first stone of the center's expansion. The event was attended by Mari Carmen Castillo, Antonio Granados, Estéfano Polo, Manuel Cortés, and the director of the IES Blas Infante.
One of the most symbolic moments of the gathering was the placement of a time capsule. This contained the project's blueprints, the flag of Ogíjares, and mementos from this historic day.
