These works are part of project 2: "Environmental transition and sustainable mobility for a more efficient city", financed by FEDER funds within the multiregional program of Spain 2021-2027.
The total tender budget, including VAT, amounts to 889,237.35 euros. Offers can be submitted until September 21, 2026. The contract is divided into two lots, one for each project.
Lot 1, for the installation of photovoltaic plants at the Atalaya wells, has a budget of 704,876.73 euros (including VAT). Lot 2, for the photovoltaic plant at the Baza WWTP, has a budget of 184,360.62 euros (including VAT).
The objective of this contract is to link renewable energy generation with the integral water cycle, aiming to reduce the consumption of fossil fuel energy and the carbon footprint of essential public services.
This initiative seeks to advance towards a more sustainable and efficient water and energy management model, contributing to the stabilization of operating costs for municipal water services and freeing up resources for other local policies.
The operation includes the drafting of the technical project, site supervision, safety and health coordination, and all necessary actions for the commissioning of both facilities.
