The official presentation of the event was attended by the Councilor for Sports, Alejandro Rodríguez; the club's president, Carlos Javier Navas; and representatives of the sports entity. The race will take place on a circular circuit near the Ciudad Deportiva, covering the avenues of the Ejército, Príncipe de Asturias, and the Juan Ayala promenade. Safety measures have been implemented, including the collaboration of volunteers and the provision of an ambulance, as well as restrooms and showers provided by the City Council.
This cycling competition is the last one included in the Andalusian Master Cup, and the city will have the privilege of also hosting the Andalusian Women's Cup, as well as the Cadet and Junior Cycling Careba. The circuit design aims to minimize impact on urban traffic, with support from the Motorcycling Club for the race opening.
Registrations are now open on the Andalusian Cycling Federation website, and can be completed either in advance or on the day of the event. The competition will start at 10:00 AM, after new registrations are finalized and bibs are distributed, and is expected to conclude around 3:00 PM, once all 17 participating categories have finished and trophies are awarded.
“"That places the city at the epicenter of Andalusian cycling."
Councilor Alejandro Rodríguez congratulated the organizing club, the volunteers, and the Provincial Council for their sponsorship, highlighting the event's significance.
