The Provincial Council of Granada has opened the application period for financial aid directed at athletes from Granada who compete individually or in pairs, as well as for sports entities participating in team competitions. The call is made under a competitive bidding system.
The beneficiaries of these subsidies are athletes and sports entities from the province of Granada who have participated in competitions from July 1, 2025, up to the date of the call's publication. The objective is to regulate and grant this aid to promote sports activities.
The maximum budget allocated for this initiative amounts to one hundred thousand euros (100,000.00 €). These funds come from the budget item "CONVOCATORIA GRANADA COMPITE" of the Provincial Council's General Budget for the 2026 fiscal year.
Applications can be submitted within a period of 10 business days, starting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Granada.
