Organized by the Algeciras City Council, this educational encounter will bring together a total of 46 exhibiting entities. These include university institutions, educational centers from various municipalities in Campo de Gibraltar, security and emergency forces, public institutions, and social organizations. A total of 53 informational tents will be set up where attendees can directly explore the various academic and professional alternatives available.
Expoeduca will open its doors on Wednesday, April 15, with morning and afternoon hours, while on Thursday, April 16, activities will be held in the morning. Throughout both days, students, families, and the general public will have the opportunity to interact directly with professionals and representatives from different educational fields, thereby facilitating decision-making regarding their future education.
The event returns to María Cristina Park, where the tents have already been set up. These will not only host these sessions but will also accommodate future events such as the sports fair, the international toy and collectibles fair, and the manga convention. The City Council emphasizes the importance of this initiative as a fundamental tool to bring the region's educational offerings closer to young people, fostering their professional development and enhancing their employment opportunities.
The organization of Expoeduca benefits from the collaboration of the Andalusian Government's Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training, Leroy Merlín Los Barrios, the exhibiting entities, and various municipal delegations, including Parks and Gardens, Youth, Procurement, Treasury, Citizen Security, Civil Protection, Communication, Fair and Festivals, Sports, and Cleaning.
