Arjona is preparing to host its anticipated Royal Fair 2026, scheduled from Thursday, September 10 to Sunday, September 13. The celebration promises four days of gathering, music, and activities for the whole family, marking the end of summer.
The mayor of Arjona, Juan Latorre Ruiz, has highlighted that the Royal Fair represents "the extension of a wonderful summer" and an opportunity for community.
The festivities will officially commence on Thursday, September 10, at 9:00 PM with the lighting of the decorations. During this day, attractions will offer reduced prices for the traditional Children's Day.
The horse parade, one of the most anticipated events, will take place from Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 13, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Saturday, September 12, at 1:45 PM, the Harness Competition will be held in five categories, with prizes of 80 euros for each winner.
The Municipal-Youth Tent will be the hub for the musical and leisure program. On Thursday, September 10, Flamenco al Compás (9:30 PM), Parazeta Versiones (11:00 PM), and AGR Music DJ (12:30 AM) will perform for the youth party. On Friday, September 11, children's entertainment will start at 3:30 PM, followed by Diego García DJ (5:00 PM), Orquesta La Gran Deluxe (10:15 PM), and Tremenda Party with DJ Baltanas and Javi Méndez DJ (1:30 AM).
On Saturday, September 12, the family program includes a free bouncy castle (3:00 PM), performances by Grupo Jaleo Kanalla (4:00 PM), and DJ Mabri and Bad Bitch DJ (5:00 PM). The night will feature Orquesta El Condado (10:15 PM) and Pablo DJ (1:30 AM).
On Sunday, September 13, the fair will conclude with performances by Gonzalo Hermida (5:00 PM) and AGR Music DJ (6:30 PM).
Arjona's Royal Fair aims to keep traditions alive and add new offerings, providing four days to enjoy music, laughter, and gatherings in the town.
