The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has reported that easterly wind gusts could reach 80 kilometers per hour in the Strait area until 6:00 AM. In the countryside and coastal areas of Cadiz, the maximum predicted gusts are 70 kilometers per hour.
Regarding coastal phenomena, the coastline and the Strait will remain on yellow alert until 12:00 PM due to easterly winds of 50 to 61 kilometers per hour (force 7), particularly affecting the Strait west of Tarifa and offshore south of Trafalgar.
For the rest of Andalusia, skies are expected to be mostly clear or with intervals of morning low clouds on the Mediterranean coast, with a possibility of weak, occasional rainfall. Minimum temperatures will remain unchanged or slightly decrease, while maximum temperatures will rise in the eastern interior and fall on the eastern Mediterranean coast.
General winds will be light from the east, moderate in the eastern Mediterranean coast and in the province of Cadiz, where very strong gusts are expected during the early hours of the day.
