The initiative, aimed at supporting individuals seeking to enter the job market or enhance their professional skills, will take place at the city's Tobacco Warehouses. The program is designed to provide practical tools and updated knowledge to attendees.
The schedule for this training cycle includes sessions led by specialized professionals. Topics covered range from developing competencies and utilizing artificial intelligence for job searching, to preparing for job interviews and fostering social entrepreneurship.

The cycle will commence on September 1st with a workshop on skills development. Subsequently, on September 8th, the focus will be on using artificial intelligence and 'prompts' to optimize interview searches, featuring Meli Espartero Gómez, coordinator of the Vives Emplea Saludable Mujeres Cádiz program from the Acción contra el Hambre Foundation.
Further sessions, scheduled for September 15th and 22nd, will concentrate on training and employment resources, with participation from technical staff of IFEF and the Santa María la Real Foundation. Irene Perales and Silvia Morilla, from the latter foundation, will lead a workshop on handling job interviews.
The cycle will conclude on September 29th with a session dedicated to social entrepreneurship, titled 'Launch into Change: Social Entrepreneurship to Improve Employability,' presented by Cristina Suárez, also associated with the Santa María la Real Foundation.
All workshops will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Tobacco Warehouses, located at Avenida Marconi, 34. Registration is now open and can be completed via an online form available on the IFEF website.
