The second week of the campaign is proving crucial for the messages of the different political formations to effectively reach undecided voters. The mobilization of candidates is complete, seeking to connect with specific segments of the population.
In this context, the Popular Party has highlighted the transfer to the Cádiz City Council of the Balneario de La Palma, in La Caleta, where the Underwater Archaeology Center is located. Meanwhile, the left-wing opposition, led by the PSOE, has focused on healthcare and housing, committing to legally regulate healthcare waiting lists.

Abstention has been a determining factor in the regional elections in Cádiz, exceeding 40% in the last three calls. In the 2022 elections, the province registered 41% abstention. The highest figure was reached in June 1990, with 52.1% of non-voters.
For this new election, a total of 1,038,171 people are called to vote in Cádiz, of whom 29,336 are new voters who will cast their ballots for the first time. The province will have 570 polling stations and 1,547 polling tables. Additionally, 16 candidacies will compete for seats, including three parties making their debut in the region: Se Acabó la Fiesta (SALF), 100X100 Unidos, and the Partido Andalusí.
