This municipal project, which runs year-round with a coeducational approach to childcare, was selected from national entries for the awards that honor work-life balance, equal opportunities, and inclusion.
The Vivofácil Awards, in their twentieth edition for the work-life balance category, aim to highlight initiatives that promote social well-being. The awards ceremony will take place on June 30 at the Espacio Pablo VI in Madrid, under the Honorary Presidency of the King and Queen of Spain.
“"The selection as a finalist represents a validation of the work we have carried out from the Cádiz City Council in terms of education in values, equality, and co-responsibility through its municipal coeducational play centers."
The program is part of local policies designed to facilitate family reconciliation and promote equality from childhood, offering a public support resource for the integral development of minors.
The governing team has acknowledged the efforts of the technical staff and the families who use the service. The organizing foundation annually distinguishes entities for projects that improve social well-being, now placing the Cádiz program in the preliminary phase before the final decision.
