In early September, several members informed the Bar Association about the access arranged for professionals and users to the Social Courts of Algeciras. Photographs showed a dirt path crossing a construction zone, raising safety concerns.
Due to the lack of response, the dean's office sent a formal protest to the Provincial Delegation of Justice. After several days without a reply, a second claim was sent, warning of the possibility of holding a press conference at the access point.
Finally, the Bar Association has been officially informed that a provisional solution has been adopted: access will now be through the main entrance of the Provincial Court building. The Delegation is awaiting the provision of an alternative access that does not require crossing through judicial offices.
The Bar Association of Cadiz will remain vigilant regarding the final option offered to ensure the safety and dignity of its members at all times.
