The initiative, under the slogan ‘Move for your heart’, will start from the Martos Health Center and end at Moris Avenue, where participants will enjoy a healthy breakfast. The Councilor for Health, Gema Lara, and the community nurse, Álvaro Luque, have encouraged the public to join this activity.
Gema Lara highlighted the collaboration between the City Council and the Health Center to promote health activities, emphasizing the importance of establishing healthy habits from an early age. Students from schools in the districts of Monte Lope-Álvarez and Las Casillas, the Occupational Center, associative groups, and any interested individual will participate in the walk.
Álvaro Luque explained that the route is designed to be accessible to all ages and conditions, with the goal of activating circulation and caring for health. The activity is conceived as a health prevention and promotion action, underscoring the importance of incorporating small healthy habits into daily life.
