The initiative, named Working Woman and Entrepreneur, will be implemented in two phases. The first phase began on Monday, April 20, opening the application period. The second phase is scheduled for September or October.

The main objective of this program is twofold: on one hand, to encourage local businesses to hire unemployed women from Cádiz, and on the other, to promote female self-employment, supporting those who wish to establish themselves as freelancers. This measure addresses the fact that over 60% of unemployed individuals are women.

The deadline to apply for these grants, which will vary in amount depending on the characteristics of each job, will remain open until May 15. The full call for applications has been published in the Official Gazette of the Province, ensuring transparency and access to information for all interested parties.
