The day will feature the participation of renowned actress, singer, and presenter Teté Delgado, who will deliver a motivational conference. Her talk will focus on the importance of approaching professional changes with a positive attitude, fostering confidence and a willingness to embrace new stages.

Additionally, Luis Collado, head of Google News Spain, will lead the workshop “Google Artificial Intelligence: Your Ally for Returning to the Job Market.” In this practical session, attendees will learn how artificial intelligence tools can support daily tasks, job searching, personal organization, and skill development.
The event program will begin at 10:30 AM with participant reception, followed by the official inauguration at 11:00 AM by Ángel Juan Pascual, president of the Cadiz Chamber of Commerce. After the presentations, several companies will share their experiences and best practices in integrating senior talent during a round table discussion, before the event concludes at 1:00 PM.
