This remarkable achievement positions Cádiz as a benchmark in the management and conservation of its coastal areas. Obtaining these certifications is a key indicator of water quality, safety, services offered, and environmental management of its beaches.

Among the awarded beaches are Playa de Getares in Algeciras, Playa de Zahara de los Atunes in Barbate, and several in the capital such as La Caleta, La Cortadura, La Victoria, and Santa María del Mar.

Other prominent municipalities include Chiclana with La Barrosa and Sancti Petri; Chipiona with Camarón – La Laguna, Cruz del Mar-Canteras, La Ballena, Playa Micaela, and Playa de Regla. In Conil, the beaches of Roche, La Fontanilla, and Los Bateles have also been recognized.

El Puerto de Santa María adds Fuentebravía, La Puntilla, Santa Catalina, and Valdelagrana to the list. Finally, Rota contributes with Galeones, La Ballena, and La Costilla, thus completing the extensive list of sandy areas that guarantee a high-quality experience for visitors.
