The approval of these regulations, as reported by the Councilor for Festivals, Beatriz Gandullo, will allow the registration period to open once they are published in the Official Provincial Gazette. Before groups can formalize their participation, the Festival Delegation will organize a meeting to address any doubts regarding the process.
Gandullo emphasized the importance of participating groups having a digital certificate for signing the registration. The 2027 COAC is shaping up to be one of the earliest contests in history.
“"It is very important that all groups have a digital certificate when signing the registration."
Furthermore, the local government board also approved the initiation of the process for the free transfer to Procasa of 108 municipal properties located in the Tacita de Plata area. This measure is part of the neighborhood's transformation and the replacement of old buildings with new ones. The process has already begun with the relocation of the first residents to Procasa properties on García de Sola street, and the next group will move into a new building on Marqués de Crópani.
