The incident took place at the intersection of Héroes del Baleares street and Alameda Moreno de Guerra, a key point of the program that hosted a classic vehicle exhibition and attracted a large crowd.
Local Police, Civil Protection, and the National Police intervened after the large glass pane of the shop, which is closed and located on the corner of Calle Real, was fractured. The injured individual had significant bleeding from an arm injury.
The large number of people in the Alameda caused initial confusion, with some witnesses reporting a traffic accident. Initial information suggests the person was agitated, shouting and hitting the glass before injuring themselves.
The storefront was cordoned off due to the risk of falling glass. Firefighters ultimately decided to remove the remaining glass to ensure safety, and cleaning services were deployed to clear the debris and bloodstains.
The injured young man was transported to San Carlos hospital by Civil Protection, where the National Police also arrived to identify him and take a statement.
