The San Fernando City Council and the Unicaja Foundation are presenting this show, designed to revitalize the city and attract both residents and visitors. The initiative offers a unique sensory experience that merges projections of prominent Spanish paintings, live music, poetry, and a carefully crafted aromatic ambiance, all within a large 360-degree geodesic dome.
'Luz y Verso' proposes a contemporary and accessible way to approach Spanish artistic heritage. Inside the dome, the audience is immersed in a journey that integrates large-format projections of twenty masterpieces from the National Prado Museum, live musical performances by a string quartet, and a selection of poetic texts, creating an enveloping sensory atmosphere.
During the show, iconic pieces from art history dialogue with literature and live music, creating an experience that transcends traditional scenic formats.
The venue features an auditorium with a capacity for one hundred people, arranged in circular stands to ensure a complete view. Additionally, specific sessions have been scheduled for secondary school students in the city, aiming to bring this cultural experience closer to educational centers.
The experience is complemented by the 'Artist's Workshop' in the outdoor area, an interactive space that recreates a period painter's studio, offering insights into the creative process and animated works. The 'Period Portrait' installation is also included, which uses Artificial Intelligence to generate personalized images inspired by classic art styles.
Each session has a limited capacity of 100 people, lasting approximately 50 minutes. Solidarity tickets are priced at 5 euros and can be purchased through the Unicaja Foundation website. Access will be free for those under 17 and over 65, ensuring that all audiences can enjoy this cultural proposal.
