During his visit, the candidate highlighted the Central Government's commitment with actions and resources to the Andalusian countryside, contrasting it with what he described as an inefficient management of aid by the Junta de Andalucía. He emphasized the importance of ensuring quality public services in rural areas to guarantee the continuity of livestock activity and support during health crises, such as bluetongue, through aid for farm modernization.

The socialist leader also praised the Central Government's policies, such as tax reductions for the agricultural sector, and commended municipal management in towns like Vejer, particularly in processing aid after storms. He concluded his speech by advocating for a development model that invests in people and protects livestock farmers with real resources.
