The mayor of Almería, María del Mar Vázquez, unveiled this significant news at the Katiuska Cultural Innovation Center, accompanied by RVFV himself, along with Paco Toro and Fátima Rodríguez from the festival organization, and Culture Councilor Diego Cruz. RVFV's inclusion reinforces the festival's commitment to local talent and urban music.

Vázquez highlighted the continuous support from the Almería City Council for the city's artists, recalling RVFV's previous success, where he gathered over 14,000 people at a past concert. The mayor emphasized the importance of Almería being one of the five Puro Latino venues in Spain, allowing for a diverse musical program ranging from flamenco to rock, attracting a young and urban audience.
Meanwhile, Fátima Rodríguez, production manager for Hermanos Toro, underscored the balanced lineup for this year, which already features names such as Juan Magán, Myke Towers, Anuel AA, JCReyes, Morad, Ñengo Flow, Kidd Voodoo, and Saiko. Rodríguez also pointed out Almería's significant growth as a host city for major events, mentioning other locations like Madrid, Seville, Puerto de Santa María, and Torremolinos where the festival is also held.

RVFV himself expressed his excitement about returning to his hometown to perform at a festival he considers one of his national favorites.
