The new parking facility, promoted by New Capital 2000, will provide 2,000 spaces and aims to improve parking services around the Hospital Universitario Torrecárdenas in Almería. This administrative step is crucial to ensure the infrastructure complies with all environmental regulations before its operation.
According to the edict signed by Eloísa Cabrera, vice president of the Management and councilor for Urban Planning and Housing, the procedure includes a simplified environmental impact assessment, as established by current regulations. The publication of this file opens a public information period of twenty working days.
During this period, any individual or entity that may be affected by the installation has the opportunity to review the project and submit any allegations they deem appropriate. The complete documentation will be available for consultation at the Licenses Section of the Municipal Urban Planning Management.
To access the file, interested parties must submit a formal request through the Almería City Council Registry. This process is essential to guarantee that the parking activity adheres to environmental protection requirements before obtaining the final operating license.
