The incident occurred when the individuals gained access to the premises by breaking and forcing the exterior door, subsequently fleeing in a vehicle. The investigation was initiated by the Civil Guard's Research Area of Maracena following a complaint filed by the person responsible for the affected company.

During the investigation, collaboration was received from the Local Police Headquarters of Albolote, which provided images from municipal video surveillance cameras. Additionally, information from previous police operations by the Roca Team of the Civil Guard of Armilla Company, related to thefts committed in other municipalities of the Metropolitan Area in previous months, was crucial in guiding the investigation.

A decisive moment occurred when a citizen security patrol from the Civil Guard of Dúrcal identified a vehicle occupied by three males. Among their belongings, keys to a stolen car were found, which was linked to the Roca Team's proceedings and turned out to be the one used in the robbery at the Maracena establishment.

The outcome of the proceedings allowed the investigating agents to fully identify the three males as the alleged perpetrators of this robbery. Once their whereabouts were located, they were brought before the Duty Court of Granada.
