The incident occurred around 8:52 PM on Sunday, after the Coordination Center for Emergencies (Cecem 112) received the first calls reporting a fire in a house located on Bolivia Street, within the La Loma Urbanization.
Firefighters, along with the Guardia Civil, local police, and personnel from the 061 Health Emergency Center, part of the Andalusian Health Service, quickly responded to the scene.
According to information provided by sources from the fire and rescue service, tragically, one person lost their life in the incident. The victim's identity has not yet been disclosed.
