The departure for the Cerro de la Cruz is scheduled for 11:00 AM. As is customary, the Pinos Genil City Council will offer all attendees refreshments, including broad beans and 'saladillas', to help them regain energy during the celebration.
The Council has reminded participants of the importance of bringing their own food or snacks to complement the festive day and ensure a full day of enjoyment in the natural surroundings.
Furthermore, it has been reported that the Local Police will only facilitate access to the hill for those individuals who, due to exceptional and duly justified reasons, do not have any other means of transport to reach the pilgrimage site.
