The operation, conducted by the ROCA Team of the Civil Guard in Armilla, began in late June following a report filed by the site manager. According to the information gathered, the perpetrator gained access to the premises after forcing the perimeter wire fence protecting the area.
The stolen material, valued at approximately 1,400 euros, included four copper coils, a three-phase hose, and a power supply hose. The on-site inspection and the analysis of surveillance camera footage were crucial in identifying the suspect, who already had a criminal record for similar offenses.
After several days of surveillance in areas frequented by the individual, officers managed to locate and arrest him. The case has been referred to the Duty Court of Granada, which has ordered his release with charges.
