A significant operation against organized crime, linked to drug trafficking, is being conducted by the Civil Guard this Tuesday in the province of Granada. The operation, carried out jointly with Customs Surveillance, began early in the morning.
Agents have carried out searches in several homes located in the Granada capital, as well as in towns within the Metropolitan Area such as Las Gabias and Alhendín. Sources from the Armed Institute have confirmed several arrests, although the exact number of detainees has not yet been disclosed.
During the operation, weapons, cash, and various quantities of drugs have been seized, along with other items of interest to the investigation. The operation remains open, and further actions are not ruled out.
